Custom Web Design Process

Select a custom website design package

Choose the number of pages required for your new website.
Complete the order form questionnaire providing as much information as possible in relation to your new website. Where possible we will need you to supply content for the home page to help with initial design/layout ideas.
Decide whether you require any additional options for the website i.e. Content Management System, Animated Banner, Blog, Social Media links etc.
Pay the website initial deposit through our secure online payment using your credit/debit card or PayPal account.

You will then receive a confirmation email and an invoice/receipt shortly after

We will commence the design of your new website and send you two initial custom home page designs based on your individual requirements within two to three working days.

Within two working days we will revise the original concepts and send via email for your feedback
Step 3 and 4 are repeated until you are satisfied with the home page design of your website. We offer unlimited design revisions as we understand that the web design you choose needs to be perfect.

At this stage we will ask you to supply all the remaining content and images that you wish to use for your website.
We will need to know what questions you wish to ask on the contact form of your website and the details of any other modules you have selected.

Following the sign off of the home page we will design the inner page design of the website for your approval. If you have paid for different inner page designs we will supply using your supplied content.

Within two working days we will revise the inner page concepts and send via email for your feedback
Step 7 and 8 are repeated until you are satisfied with the home page design of your website. We offer unlimited design revisions as we understand that the web design you choose needs to be perfect.

Once the design has been signed off we will then take the agreed designs, the content and images and build your website to the latest W3C compliant, UK standards. This process will take approximately 3 to 5 days depending on the size of the size and number of page layouts.
If you selected our CMS (content management system) option, we will then integrate the working website giving you the ability to add/change content and imagery via our online admin panel.
We will then send you a link to your working website for you to review and approve.

When the site is ready to go live, we will finalise the monthly payment scheme with the first payment due on the day the site goes live. Future payments will be made on the same day of each calendar month for the next 12 months.
We will set up your email accounts; your Analytics account and do some final check to ensure that the code on the website is valid and W3C Compliant.
We will then point your website domain name to your new website and your website will be live within the next 24 hours.
Once the site is live we will create a Google Sitemap and submit your site to Google.
